FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash.-Drivers in Eltopia could be in for bumpy commutes after a semi truck dumped gravel over a road on the morning of Oct. 3.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area of Eltopia West between 5th and Fir due to gravel accidentally being dumped on the roadway, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
