BENTON COUNTY, Wash.-Candidate filing for those interested in running for office in the November General Election is May 6-10.
Candidates interested in filing for office can do so online through the Benton County Auditor’s Website until 5 p.m. on May 10.
Interested candidates may also file in-person at the Benton County Voting Center at 2618 N. Columbia Center Blvd from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Filing forms can also be mailed to PO BOX 1000 Richland, WA 99352.
A full list of the offices up for election this year is available through Benton County.
According to the Secretary of State’s Office, no late filing submissions will be accepted and the last day to withdraw a candidacy is Monday, May 13.
