COLLEGE PLACE, Wash. – The Walla Walla Area Spring Fling kicks off on Fri., May 10, featuring food, art, vendors and stage entertainment for families to enjoy over the entire weekend.
The event starts on Friday at 2 p.m. and goes until 8 p.m. It continues into the weekend on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Spring Fling will also feature tethered hot air balloon rides. Veterans and mobility challenged individuals get to ride for free while others must donate $25.
The rides take place on May 11 and 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. Children under 18 must have a parent and all riders must sign a waiver.
