RICHLAND, Wash.-UPDATE.- As of 1:48 p.m. all power should be restored in the Richland Wye area, according to the City of Richland.
No exact cause for the outage was determined and utility crews inspected the system before placing it back online.

Power has been restored for most residents as of 10:45 a.m., according to the City of Richland, however, about 700 customers in the Wye area are still without power.
About 1,400 customers were without power in the N. Columbia Center Blvd/Columbia Park through Hills West areas during the initial outage.
Richland Energy Services crews are responding to the outage, according to a social media post from Richland Police.
Crews are reportedly assessing the situation and more information will be provided on the City of Richland’s facebook page.
