KENNEWICK, Wash.-UPDATE. OCTOBER 31. According to Kennewick Police, the missing 16-year-old in Kennewick has been found and returned home safely.

Kennewick Police are asking for help locating a missing 16-year-old.
The male was last seen wearing a black shirt in the area of 10th Ave. and Highway 395. According to a KPD social media post the missing teen is developmentally delayed.
Anyone who has seen the teenager or who has any information about his current whereabouts is asked to contact non-emergency dispatch at 509-628-0333.
