YAKIMA, Wash.-The 5th Annual Yakima Taco Fest is set for May 4 at State Fair Park.
Sponsored by The Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the 21 and over event that began as a food festival has expanded into a celebration of local talent that includes tacos, music and local artisan talent runs from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
“CWHCCC invites people of all cultures, places, and backgrounds to join us in celebrating the Yakima Valley,” said Yanira Cisneros, Chair, Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Yakima Taco Fest will feature over 20 vendors and attendees will have the opportunity to vote for the people’s choice for taco and craft beverage, according to a CWHCCC press release.
Tickets start at $35 and can be purchased online through the CWHCCC.
“We are excited to give our taco lovers once again ‘something to taco ‘bout’ and enjoy among the community,” said Cisneros.
