Yakima firefighters extinguish vehicle fire that spread to Nob Hill Bowl on Oct. 5

YAKIMA, Wash. – Yakima Fire Department crews extinguished a vehicle fire that spread to multiple trees and the roof of Nob Hill Bowl and Casino on the morning of Oct. 5.

According to a post from Yakima Firefighter IAFF, a car fire started to spread to the roof of Nob Hill Bowl and Casino and filled the building with smoke after spreading to multiple trees outside.

YFD crews stopped the fire quickly but had to remove some of the interior walls to ensure that the fire was completely out.

According to a Nob Hill Casino employee, the Casino is still open.
